Oops, I did it again

Another flub

Libsyn’s stats tell me about 120 listeners downloaded episode #164 before I was informed that a flub was in the file. I swore I’d removed it, but somehow it found its way back in. In any case, I’ve edited and re-uploaded the file free of the mistake. It’s nothing serious, just another behind-the-scenes look at what you don’t usually hear on FIR, but we prefer the usual flawless production values to which you’ve become so accustomed.

  1. I was one of the lucky recipients. I grabbed the show prior to heading off for a flight from Houston to NY. The flub was an interesting moment. As I sat snugly in my exit row aisle window seat with the plane at cruising altitude I felt like I was in the virtual FIR studio as you worked through the issue.

  2. I understand these so called ‘mistakes’ now. They are simple marketing ploys.

    Super special, extra long, added features, limited time, never before seen, free bonus ... to the first 120 listeners only. Get in early or they’ll be gone ...
