Shel & Neville,
Purely for your amusement, I thought I would share with you my story of how listening to For Immediate Release possibly saved me from a speeding ticket…

Your show continues to be the podcast I look forward to listening to the most - Great work!
Regards,
Dan YorkPosted by Dan York on 05/04 at 07:09 PMAnother fun show. Your adaptability - alone - in doing the show from various sites is impressive.
I just realized that I have all the shows/interviews and I’m going to need a new external hard drive. I’ll send you the bill. Damn you for creating programs that I actually want to keep.
So far it is only about 1 gig, but I want to keep saving them. So, now I’ll have a podcast-only drive. I keep some others, too. Mostly from IT Conversations and various selections from Public Radio Exchange (PRX).
Maybe I’ll ask you - down the road - if I can convert/compress them into Windows/Real Media stream files and offer them up to the students. Would that fit the Creative Commons “to make derivative works”? :)
