    Awesome interviews, one of the better FIRs. Gerry McGovern was spot on about how most intranets are broken.  You go to the intranet to get a job done not read the company news or some other drivel. Gerry keep spreading the word!

    On the pronunciation front, not dub v. w. Please, please, please get your guests to s-p-e-l-l their web site or name.  It is a podcast so many of us only have the audio so it is important for your guests to say their names clearly.  I couldn’t find Neal/Neil no it was Naill with google and his site is congent/congents no congenz. So let’s dispense with the dub-dub-dub rants and get on with what should be the core of a PR firm, to make sure you know what is the company or person’s name.
