  1. Shel, Neville, and Lee:

Guest hosts are a great idea. This was fun. And, of course, if you ever need a temporary co-host, feel free to call.

Given that I’m not a professional communicator, I’d be rather out of place at the IABC conference in Vancouver, so I can’t join y’all for dinner there, but we should get together at the Podcast Expo, as I’ll be speaking on Creating and Keeping Raving Fans, and will of course be using FIR as an example of best practice.

    Cheers,
    Sallie

  2. I’m a huge fan of the show. Thank you so much for all your efforts. I’m in awe of how you do it.
I thought David P’s comments about Anna Ford were spot on. PR and journalism are two separate professions. That’s not to say she isn’t a good journalist, but why would they want journalistic advice. What they probably want is PR advice.
You only have to look at David Davies of the FA to see what hash an ex-journalist can make of PR ! I am a former journalist - and that’s how I got into corporate communications . But I soon realized I was playing a different ball game.

Again, thanks for your great podcasts.
