imageDonna Papacosta’s early career was in systems analysis, but she soon realized she preferred the communications aspect of the job over the techie part. She the world of systems behind in 1985 to study journalism and to start her own business, Trafalgar Communications. Soon after, Donna was writing for trade journals, then consumer magazines, and finally corporate clients. These days, most of her writing involves internal communications for $1B+ corporations. She also does marketing communications for medium and large companies. In the last few years, Donna has developed a penchant for communicating via social media and multimedia.

Since September 2005 Donna has been producing the Trafcom News Podcast, which is a show for “people who care about communicating.” She also develops videos and podcasts for organizations; produces conference podcasts (as well as the Conference Success Podcast); and leads seminars, workshops and Webinars on communications, podcasting and social media.
