  1. I was presenting at a Web 2.0 conference at Babson College last week and met someone from a PR company.  We were discussing the role of social media in PR. I was surprised at her perspective. It wasn’t the view I get from FIR and the people I normally work with. She said small to mid-sized businesses aren’t interested in social media because they don’t see the value. 

    Shel and Neville I ask you and your listeners what is the business case for social media for the small to mid-size business?
