  1. Hi Shel and Neville,

This morning (13th) I listened to this show and especially to the segment on Second Life. Over the weekend I have working on a post published just yesterday evening, concerning the geographic spread of SL residents and combining the new SL data and some OECD data on broadband access.

Please check it out at: http://shapingthoughts.com/2007/02/12/the-relative-popularity-of-second-life-across-nations

I am actually looking for explanations for the SL popularity with people from Europe, and Neville just mentioned one: the number of bloggers (as proxying for people interested in new things related to internet) in France.

Thanks for that. Any other explanations?

    Best regards,
    Marcel

  2. Hi Guys,

As a special SL bonus: http://shapingthoughts.com/2007/02/15/first-real-city-in-second-life-zoetermeer

The first virtual version of a real life city in Second Life. And it’s a Dutch city of course, also quite near my own city (5 km)!

If have provided a link to my site in stead of the Dutch press release, because I have made some translations.

Not too much SL I hope?

    Best regards,

    Marcel

  3. Hey guys, I couldn’t find a link to that Skype hacks article you mentioned in 1-minute news in the shownotes. Will that be coming soon? I’d love to read it. Thanks! :)
