  1. Hi Neville / Shel,

    I’ve been listening to some of the issues you’ve been having with Skype.

    Through trial and error, I found that when both parties re-start their computers, and only run Skype (no other apps going simultaneously), reliability seems to improve. Maybe it’s simply that the computer(s) can dedicate more resource to running one application?

    Personal experience has taught me this on three separate occassions.
