  1. Y’all might get more respondents to the polls if they were formulated in a way that allowed self-employed people to answer them. I suspect that quite a few of FIR’s listeners are either sole proprietors or work for small agencies, and aren’t in a position to answer questions aimed at those employed in large organizations.
