    Many thanks for the bite sized interviews with a variety of experts. Tremendous learning opportunity. For me Prof Schmitt reinforced the value of building brand conversations through social media, both between the owners of the brand (ie the company) and also between those who use or buy into the brand - typically customers who use a product or service.
