  1. Thanks for including my comment. I agree with you that each business industry has to look at the ROI in addressing issues and decide if the cost of measures needed balance with the gain of using the medium. The biggest concern I hear regarding customer disclosure is not the intentional one, but the unintentional one. I am sure we all have a story of the person who hit reply all instead of reply to an e-mail. Without the proper safe guards someone talking about their medical claim or bank account number could blast it out to the world. Not everyone understands the technology as much as those of us that work in the industry every day.
