    I have just recently (past 6 months) began listening to FIR, but am now addicted.  I am a all-in-one marketing director for a small community bank and love listening to all of the different types of PR tactics, news, etc. 
    From a all-in-one position, I enjoy hearing from an agency perspective, but wonder what types of tips or special advice you might have for someone who is in-house and does not have a lot of time to deveote to just PR. Love the show. Keep it up.
